Studio – Lookups and Mandatory Filters

​How to define and use Lookups to assist users with filtering values and building reports.
The various types of Lookups are discussed from simple column lists to Lookup inheritance where the values are read from another table instead of the default select distinct from the root table.   Also Values Lists are used to transform raw numbers into more easily understood descriptions.
Mandatory Filters and Default Filter Values are also explained and how they can assist in protecting a user from running a report over all the data in a very large table
