Installation – Datamodel (Add)

Introduction

This post will show you how to install a datamodel and make it works.

Go to the website https://www.sharperlight.com/datamodels/ and explore the datamodel you’re interested in.

Stop the Sharperlight service and close all open applications.

Open Sharperlight Application menu.

Click Add button and browse the datamodel downloaded.

Click Finish button, once it is loaded. The datamodel will be compiled.

Open the Sharperlight Application menu again, and choose Client Setup.

Select the datamodel (Product) and choose the connection type, then set the connection details.

Click Test button to make sure the connection detail entered is fine.

Click OK to save it.

Go for Windows Service and start the Sharperlight Service.
