Page Designer – Using Fixed Page Layouts for one page per data row
This explains how to use Publisher Page Designer Fixed Page Layout to create reports where each row of the Query Data appears on it’s own page.
The three most important elements of this is to use the Fixed Page Layout and to nest a Container object inside a Table Detail Row.
If you find that the first page has a different position to the following pages this will most likely be caused by things like Table Headers be set to display on the First Page and not the following pages.
Prepare the Query Data
In Publisher Page Designer delete all objects and change the default Laytout to FPL and set the page size
Add a Table Object and in the Details Row place a Container Object this will hold the Forms various field objects etc. If you need to move or change properties of objects inside the Container use the Selection Tree on the right to first highlight the object.
Remove the Table Header otherwise it will leave a blank area on the first page that will not appear on the other pages
Preview the report and add and adjust fields, labels and shapes to suit. Anything place outside of the table will appear the same on all pages
