Key Functionality of Materialized Query

This table provides a concise summary of the outcomes of various options available for Materialized Query (MQ).
In particular, it highlights the differences in behaviour when the lock option is used versus when it is not, as well as the behaviour in MQ tables when a user-defined unique field is specified in addition to the default unique field automatically generated by the Materialized Query, compared to when no additional unique field is specified.

This section introduces two approaches for updating data: one by executing the Materialized Query (MQ) directly, and the other by simply updating the data through Excel add-in or scheduled task Writeback action.
